Deleting Your Account in the GrapeTree App

You can delete your GrapeTree account and the personal data we associate with it directly in our mobile app. We do not require you to contact customer services to complete this.

Steps to delete your account

  • Open the GrapeTree app on your device.
  • Sign in with the account you want to remove.
  • Go to Settings (or your Account / Profile area — wording may vary by app version).
  • Tap Delete account (or Close account).
  • Confirm when prompted. Deletion is permanent.
After you confirm, your account will be closed and you will be signed out. You will not be able to sign in again with the same account unless you register again.

What we remove

Closing your account removes or stops using the data held for that account on our systems that power the app, as described in our privacy policy.

Some information may be retained where the law requires us to keep it (for example, limited records for tax or fraud prevention); we explain this in our privacy policy.

If you cannot use the app

If you are unable to delete your account in the app (for example, you no longer have access to your device), contact us from the email address registered on your GrapeTree account.

We may ask you to verify your identity before we process your request.
